The service here is not great. Notoriously snarky and aloof. Comfortable though
They never fill the cup up then wanna look at you crazy when you request that they remake the drink. The “barista” said she didn’t fill it up all the way because it’s an “ice drink.” What does that have to do with it? Check out my picture. They literally filled the cup to the middle and then put foam in it. I waited for the foam to settle down to take the picture and show the true volume. It’s like this every time I come here. I hate calling corporate every single time to get a refund. I wish they would close this place down.
The worse. Like Starbucks corp should shut them down or should be under new management. A few miles is another Starbucks in Flossmoor much better taste and flavor.

On this day, for some reason, was the longest I had to wait for my order. I dont know if there was not enough staff or what. But It also took time just to take my order. Service was slow.
frap tasted like milk, forgot a topping on my drink, super dirty, slow service when it wasn't busy, watched another girls drink get messed up too.
Friendly and clean atmosphere and great service. Workers get to know you.
This Starbucks has good baristas, coffees were great, and breakfast sandwiches were decent (for a pre-made heated up sandwich). The service was courteous and speedy.
